What is the SPRING 2026 PROMOTION?

The promotion begins with a free 30-minute visit, followed by a complimentary personalized assessment (valued at $125 + tax). A commitment to three semi-private training sessions per week is then required, at a rate of $25 per session (approximately a 30% discount), to ensure tangible results and the application of the discount. Offer valid for a limited time in April.

What is the ATTENDANCE PLAN?

The Consistency Plan was created to encourage our regular members to increase their workout frequency to three times a week—a level often necessary to see results. It helps you structure your schedule and combine private, semi-private, and solo sessions, while offering benefits tied to consistency. Talk to your trainer to tailor it to your needs.

Private, semi-private, or solo training?

Private: 1 coach with 1 client, VIP treatment, complete support (planning, table stretches, corrections, nutrition). Semi-private: 1 coach with 4 clients (each client follows their own program with the trainer supervising everything). Solo: more remote supervision from the trainers on the floor, but demonstrations and explanations are provided with each customized program change (every 5-6 weeks).

What are your packages and membership fees?

At Optiforme, all our services are now offered à la carte, and you will never need to sign an annual contract, whether for private, semi-private, or solo sessions. In other words, you purchase a set of sessions (payable in 1 to 3 installments depending on the options chosen), and your contract remains valid until your sessions are used up. So, you pay per visit.

Can services be combined to create a personalized package?

Absolutely. A client can very well opt for 24 private sessions combined with 16 solo sessions that they can use at their own pace (payable in 2 or 3 monthly installments). While another client chooses a semi-private service with 32 pre-paid sessions in 3 installments, which they use as they wish. Since our 3 services are private, semi-private, and solo, you can always choose 16, 24, or 32 sessions at a time according to your preferences. What does “go through your sessions at your own pace” mean?

With prepaid session packages, you use the number of sessions you've chosen. For example, if you have 24 prepaid solo sessions, you won't have to pay anything as long as you have sessions remaining. The same applies to semi-private or private sessions. However, you are responsible for scheduling your appointments via the Mindbody application (which is more flexible and hybrid) or opting for a recurring and fixed schedule to be confirmed with your trainer (optimal and encourages greater consistency). In any case, scheduling remains your choice, and any training cancellation requires 3 hours' notice.

What does the physical assessment involve?

Required upon registration. Health questionnaires (medical history) and lifestyle habits (diet and stress), anthropometric measurements (body fat %, circumferences, weight, height), photos (posture), and physical tests adapted to the client's needs. Lasts 60 minutes and costs $125 individually (plus taxes).

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Thursday: 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. | 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. | 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Wednesday morning: varies depending on the group – Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Sunday: closed

Do you offer nutritional guidance?

Yes, during the initial physical assessment, the client completes a questionnaire evaluating their lifestyle and eating habits. Then, closer monitoring begins with an optimal calculation of macronutrients and suggestions.

Future interventions will depend on the client's level of investment (supplementation, natural products, guide, or complete plan).

What are your cancellation policies?

You have a 3-hour window to cancel any training session and a 12-hour window for an assessment, demonstration, or sports massage. Of course, we understand that you may get sick; simply contact us as soon as possible to cancel the session without penalty. Unexpected events can also occur. Let's work together to manage your appointments and stay connected. Finally, your vacation dates must be shared in advance to adjust schedules smoothly.
